Product Description

Ball valve structure features:

4.Automatic pressure relief function: When the pressure of the medium trapped in the cavity of the valve rises abnormally (exceeds the spring pre-tightening force), the valve seat retracts from the sphere and automatically releases the pressure;

5.Double blocking and double discharge function: The valve adopts spring preloaded floating valve seat. When the valve is fully open or fully closed, the valve seat can block the fluid before the ball, and the pressure in the middle cavity is released through the relief valve;

6.Seal emergency grease injection rescue function: When the valve seal is accidentally disabled due to foreign matter in the medium or fire, etc., the seal grease can be quickly injected into the valve seal site through the valve stem greaser and valve seat greaser to relieve leakage. ;

7.When the valve is in operation, all the forces generated by the fluid pressure on the sphere before the valve are transmitted to the bearing, and the valve seat will not be subjected to excessive pressure, which makes the valve torque small, valve seat deformation small, stable sealing performance and long service life.
