Product Description

1.Plug valve manufactured by our company has a specification level of pls1-3 and a performance level of pr1-2, which can be interchanged with similar products of SPM and widely used in cementing equipment and fracturing equipment.

2.plug valve is an important part to connect the high pressure manifold during cementing and fracturing operations, and is also suitable for the control of other high pressure fluids. Plug valve is mainly composed of valve body, sealing arc slice , plug and other parts;

3.The low-torque plug valves designed and manufactured by our company are all forged from high-quality high-strength alloy structural steel. The materials used are in full compliance with ASTM and AISI standards, and the product specifications are in full compliance with API Spec 6A.

4. The end of the plug valve is connected by the hammer union plug valve, LP internal thread connection and LP external thread connection. At the same time according to customer requirements to design a base high pressure plug valve;

5. Plug valve specifications are 1", 2", 3", cold working pressure 42Mpa (6000Psi), 70Mpa (10000Psi), 105Mpa(15000Psi) three grades, can be used at room temperature, low temperature and sulfur gas conditions and repair kit.
